Policies

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $25 per family per academic year is required with your registration form. This fee applies only to monthly lessons for the academic year, and is waived for trial sessions or camp.

Invoices/Tuition: Invoices for monthly lessons will be sent home by the first of each month and tuition is due by the 7th of the month. All trial sessions and camps must be paid in full at the time of registration. A late fee of $10 may be added if not paid by the 15th of the month. Tuition can be paid by Venmo (@Amy-Melanson-Baton) Please let me know if you prefer to write a check. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawal from class after the first week of any session/month.

Attendance/Withdrawal from class: Refunds will not be issued for missed classes. Please email if you will be absent from class. One month notice is required to drop a class, please email to discuss.

Snow Days/Inclement Weather: All weather related class cancellation notifications will be sent via email. We do not follow any particular school district in regards to cancellations and closures. Updates about class cancellations will be sent by 12noon. Classes cancelled because of weather may be made up if scheduling allows.

Gym Rules: Only students will be permitted in the gym during class time, as having parents and siblings in the gym can be a distraction. Parents may enter the lobby at the top of the stairs to drop-off/pick-up students. Only water will be allowed in the gym and any snacks should be easily contained and cleaned up. No gum allowed during lessons. Students should be picked up promptly at the end of their class time. The parking lot and building are shared common space. Please be mindful of this and always supervise your children.

Gym Attire/Dress Code: Students are asked to wear leggings or sweatpants and t-shirts or tank tops to allow for full participation and movement during class. No jeans or bulky tops/ sweatshirts. Athletic sneakers or jazz shoes are required. Hair is to be tied back in a pony tail or bun. Students should remove any jewelry that may inhibit their ability to twirl safely or effectively (long necklaces, rings, dangly earrings, etc.)

Liability Waiver: Limitless Twirlers, (formerly known as Amy Melanson Baton Instruction) its instructors, and the Fitzpatrick Collaborative are not liable for any injuries either in person or at home, at team events and competitions and do not assume responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property. Each student/guardian is responsible for informing the instructor of any physical/mental limitations that may prevent full participation in class. A separate liability waiver will need to be completed prior to participation in lessons.
